Resetting IOS or Android devices

Here is an article on how to reset an iPhone and Android device: 

For iPhone: 

1. Open Settings 

2. Go to General 

3. Tap on Reset 

4. Select Erase All Content and Settings 

For Android: 

1. Open Settings 

2. Scroll down and select Backup & Reset 

3. Tap on Factory Data Reset 

4. Select Reset Device 

5. Finally, confirm the reset.
